RETURN, EXCHANGE, REPAIR CLAIM: Effective 01/01/2011
1. Any claim of defective merchandise must be packed in McFerran HFC original boxes; claims for defective or missing parts must be made within Sixty (60) days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. McFerran is "CASH N CARRY", McFerran is not responsible or liable for the cost of freight for the replacement of any claim. If a claim is approved for exchange or replacement you may pick it up at our warehouse or we will send it “freight collect” at your expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
3. Pictures are required for any claim of defective or damaged merchandise, if approved you will be issued an RMA number to authorize Repair or Exchange. You need to email your pictures to info@mcferranonline.com Attn: Ricardo
